- Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 working days (excluding Sundays) from the date of your initial order. It is essential that you do so within this time frame.
- Accuracy of Information: Refunds will not be granted if the failure to provide services is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to supply accurate and complete details when placing an order to ensure proper verification.
- Cancellation Policy: Once the verification process has begun, refunds will not be issued if the customer cancels the order. After the verification process starts, cancellations are ineligible for refunds.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of the verification, as the results are based on available data and cannot be changed or guaranteed.

- Refund Disbursement: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the payment method used during the purchase, usually within 7-10 business days. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your financial institution.

- Unused Services: If the customer decides to discontinue services before the verification process is completed, refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the services.
