  5. Indemnification: By using our Services, you agree to indemnify Veriot and protect it from any losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your use of the Services or from violating this Agreement.
  6. Limitation of Liability: Veriot will not be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of such potential damages.
  7. Termination of Agreement: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to you. Upon termination, you are required to stop using the Services and settle any outstanding payments.
  8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Veriot operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration, following the relevant arbitration rules.
